Historical building
Great location and nice architecture, we were given a room upgrade which was fantastic, my only complaint would be that the included breakfast in our rate was not a continental breakfast as advertised but a fairly basic “breakfast bag” All in all would stay again!

Very old building
Very old building. No elevator. The tube made a sharp noise when you take shower. Location is good. Walking distance to Space Needle.

family new years trip
Hotel has excellent location. Love it! very convenient with lots of services near by. Lobby is beautiful but the rooms are just okay. The building was built in 1918 and it shows in some areas. The furniture is a bit outdated, (not from the early 1900s, more likely 1980s). I expected more noise from the area for new years eve but it was hardly noticeable, only noise were people walking in the hallways. I would stay again but this would not be my first choice.

Charming hotel in a great location
Great location - the neighbourhood felt safe, there were a good amount of food options close by, the CVS on the corner was very convenient and there are many bus routes near by or it's very easy to walk to the space needle and monorail. The hotel staff was great - we arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with another room. The free breakfast was the typical bagels, eggs, etc but it was free! The hotel itself was lovely. It's definitely a boutique hotel - charming but creaky floors, old fixtures

Smells like hell
The hotel smells so bad. It is also really old and the bed are not comfy at all. Don’t get fooled by the nice pictures of the lobby, it is bot worth the money. I would suggest you to go to the hyatt house instead, where we had an amazing stay!

Exceptional 10.0
A hotel downtown Seattle with charm / character
The Queen Anne Suite was everything that we had asked for with a King size bed (the room came with retractable sliding doors) & a sofa bed for two other family members. The room is very spacious with over 700 square feet of living space. We had room #207 which is on the second floor facing south & west. Even staying a Saturday night, we found the room very quiet due to addition windows for soundproofing. We have stayed at the MarQueen many times and they have never disappointed us. Parking is a challenge unless you choose the valet service (recommended). Breakfast was included and the choices cater to most everyone.
