Great location, big rooms, beds not so much.
Room was very large with ocean views. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but everything else about the room was great. Free parking right in front of the hotel was awesome. the hotel offers a hot breakfast every morning, we didn't have time to try it, but it looked and smelled great.

Fine, not the most comfortable
The hotel was decent-- the main pro was its close proximity to tourist attractions. The room was also clean. However, the room was smaller than I thought and the building is old. The elevators took forever to get to you, so we were waiting around for a while. The garage is also CRAMPED. The weekend we were there, it was so packed--literally every spot was taken. All spots are marked as "compact", yet most cars in there were big trucks. Even in my sedan, it was extremely difficult to park in the tiny spots.

Great location, friendly staff and Starbucks downstairs. Small kitchen and Safeway nearby. My favorite restaurant, Toulouse Petit Kitchen is one block away. Free coffee in thew lobby.

Comfortable room close to Climate Pledge arena
Walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena. Safeway across the street for snacks and supplies. Starbucks next door for morning coffee and breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly, and we were able to check in to our room around 1 pm rather than 4 which was nice so we didnt have to find something to do until the room was ready. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Mini fridge and microwave available. Only a couple minor complaints, we were on the 4th floor and the people above us were very loud, stomping around for a bit maybe small kids. Housekeeping was cleaning the room next to us around 8 am making alot of noise. Around 9 am they knocked on the door to see when were were checking out. Check out time is 12pm. We were getting ready to leave, so not a huge annoyance, but could be to some or if we were teying to sleep in. Crowded lobby after a show at climate pledge arena, was hard to get through the crowd to use the elevator. Overall a good experience would book again if I needed a hotel in the area.
