Bel hôtel entouré de belle végetation et d'animaux sauvages. Endroit propre. Nourriture bonne. Check IN à revoir super lent avec plusieurs files d'attentes quand on arrive pour se faire servir, ils nous indiquent que c'est pas la bonne file et qu''on doit aller voir l'autre collègue. Café au lobby =payant ça aussi c'est un gros point négatif pour nous (surtout au prix qu'on paye pour une nuit! ) À tous les places qu'on a visité c'est le seul qu'il faut payer. Chambres bloc 10 (à côté du lobby très bruyant car proche du théatre et discothèque). Belle plage artificielle, on trouve toujours des chaises facilement. Bon service au bar de la plage. Personnel amical et serviable au buffet, bar, snack bar. On a aimé la proximité du parc XCaret on a pu revenir diner pendant notre journée de visite et revenir au parc par la suite.

Wonderful

It is amazing hotel for family. I have two children, one is 12 years old and one is 5 years old. They have a kids club for my 5 years old son, and my two children love the fishes in the ocean beach. That’s so wonderful for families and it is convenient to go to xcaret park. They give me a gift bag after listening the first club guid.

Second stay- a very terrible experience

Every day we had an issue: 1) requested a king bed, we weren’t told until check-in it was 2 doubles. Not ideal for a romantic getaway. 2) walked into our room with no clean towels and dirty used towels on the floor. The room overall was not clean, including: Broken/loose toilet seat Broken bathroom door handle Mold in room Lamp shade looked like it had been soiled No buttons on phone Visible hairs and debris in bathroom No hand soap supplied in bathroom Hair dryer was missing the guard on the back and it sucked up and tore out our hair 3) water in the entire resort was shut off for hours one day, toilets did not work. Nothing was said to the guests about this. And the toilets began to overflow with feces. 4) the fridge in our room didn’t work and was very hot. Had to request a new one. 5) the door lock scanner on our door stopped working and we had to walk to the front desk to tell them and they kept arguing with us that our wrist bands worked. The battery in the door lock died. It took 20 minutes of us standing outside our door to get it fixed. 6) no “do not disturb” signs, instead they walked around early in the morning knocking on doors to see if you were in the room. This woke us up several mornings on a vacation we were hoping to sleep in on. 7) food poisoning on the last night. We were very nervous to fly the next day, but luckily after a night of vomiting, we were ok to travel home. 8) after water came back on, only cold water was available

Beautiful resort

The resort is beautiful and you have access to the beach. Walking distance to Xcaret. The buffet food was bad, not many options and the food did not look fresh. The other problem that we had was the water pressure in the shower was horrible. In multiple occasions, while taking a shower the water was gone completely. It was reported but it was never fixed. The resort is HUGE, you need to use their trolly to move around the resort.

Nice property- high pressure sales for timeshare

Beautiful property but be prepared for a high pressure sales pitch to join their timeshare and to be treated poorly for not booking directly. Every time we left our building the "concierge" tried to sign us up for the breakfast sales pitch and guilted us for not doing it. Room was clean but had maintenance issues that needed attention. Food was bland at the buffets. We had reservations 1 night at the Mexican restaurant which was good, but had to make our reservation in the lobby as our concierge at our building couldn't do it. Overall, the property is beautiful with nice pools, grounds, and easy access to Xcaret. We enjoyed our stay but won't return.

We stayed for 12 hours but booked a 4 night stay. The room was not clean and we got two full size beds when we said it was our honeymoon. We went to a new resort and had a good remainder of our honeymoon.

I love the concept of this hotel , very family friendly, love the nature around the hotel and how they are tryng yo be ecofriendly. One suggestion will be relative night shows, they should try to enrich the night show program. Only the Michael Jackson show was good.

From check in to check out you will be amazed by the friendly staff and things to see and do. There is wildlife throughout the park to watch and enjoy including monkeys, deer , coatis, Iguanas, birds, qheckos and more! They have entertainment through out the park both day and night. Late night dining options that are delicious vs just your regular hotdog..pizza is the best wood fire pizza from 6 PM to 6 AM! So can grab even if early flight or excursion. Canal running through that has a boat to and from Xcaret Park...which is discounted for hotel guests and amazing to see. There are a Lot of stairs and walking so that needs to be kept in mind for some. Pool is lovely, beach area is kept clean and also has entertainment. Serving staff at pool and beach serve all..not just the tippers. Resort opened the sports bar early for the NFL playoffs...Amazing resort.

Property was beautiful. Staff were very polite and hardworking. Highly recommend Xcaret and Xplor parks. It was the best part of my stay! Food needs improvement. Buffet is only open certain times of the day. “Restaurants” on the property were just plated resort food. Had to make reservations for the “restaurants” which was totally unnecessary and not worth it honestly. I was hoping for authentic Mexican food, which I did not receive. I pretty much ate the same couple things each day.
