Room was clean but not particularly big for a superior/deluxe room. We stayed for 3 nights and had hoped to have a better view of the square, we were facing onto the rear of the hotel. Bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was just average.

We booked a superior room with lounge access. For a superior room it was small and somewhat dated and only had a view of an apartment block. It was clean and had 2 comfy chairs and everything worked ok. We had issues with getting our room serviced. On the first day we hung out the please service our room sign and nothing happened. Apparently we should have requested room service. On the second day we did and returned to find nothing had been done. We complained and they fixed it.
We did not have breakfast preferring to eat out. We did use the lounge which was good. We found the reception staff helpful.

Most hard and uncomfy bed ever, mini pillows, loud noices from the backyard, housekeeping knocked on My door 5 times from 09:00 to ask when i was leaving… Not very welcoming! Reception was friendly

The only downside was the room was very small. The best part was it was super close to Tivoli park.
