TV receiver box was sitting on desk not connected to anything. Obviously nobody checks preparedness or cleanliness of rooms before putting guests in them. No working phone. Very poor repairs; fix broken stuff! No electrical outlet in bathroom. Zero pride of ownership. Laminate flooring poorly laid and filthy. Turned my bare feet black. Bed clean.

The web site said free breakfast. There is not any breakfast since covid. They need to update their website. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Reasonable price. Beds are comfy Licated well in midland We parked out front of our room.

Very nice people (owners) but the add said breakfast included and there was none. Other than that, the room was okay but there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom (bath) and there was a smell in the room. But we were only there because we were travelling a lot so it was okay somehow
