Great Stay with a Couple of Snags
Overall we had a great time. There were a couple of hiccups here and there having mainly to do with front desk lack of communication. I found myself feeling like I was "bothering" them because I was feeling my way around. Trial and error, that type of thing. In my opinion, the staff needs to do more to explain how things work. Example: I was never informed that a key pass was needed for the elevator. The front entrance to the Berkeley, CA Residence Inn is a nightmare with all the traffic and almost NO signage identifying the hotel. I drove right past it - twice.
