Not happy and want a refund ASAP
Several problems with our stay. The heater was not working. The hot water did not work and there was a foul smell coming from the room next door due to a clogged toilet. I have attached pictures. I also have a video of the maintenance man telling me why it smelled so bad in our room.
Maintenance was working on wires to fix the heater.
Maintenance came to fix hot water
Water ended up being opposite temperature after he fixed it.

All Season Mountain Resort
My husband and I just wanted to get out of town for a couple of days. I booked a standard King room which had a fireplace which would have been nice in the winter. Our room had a very small window so I would suggest booking a balcony/patio room instead. The bed was a little firm for my husband but fine for me. Having a Keurig coffee maker in the room was nice however only one coffee cup and no regular (unflavored) coffee. The location of the hotel in the Village was great. Being the middle of the week in October, there wasn't much going on. Overall a good choice.

The outside is a awesome view from the road and walking around the property...It is very clean and easy to navigate..well lit and the rooms are very nice. We had a fireplace room on the 2nd floor and had a small balcony. I like the woodsy feel of the property and decor and the bar/restaurant had really nice waiter and decent prices for the area

The room was poorly designed. The mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom inconvenient. Elevator location weird. The walls paper thin. Doors squeaky. Could here neighbor coming in and out. Other neighbor pounding headboard against the wall having sex. I always thought that this place would be nicer inside judging by how nice and big it was from the outside. Sorry not happy and wont recommend.
