Minimalist room which was nice. Proximity to attractions was great. I was comfortable during my stay. I think they could maximize space by omitting the nightstand lamp. It worked for my solo trip.

Stayed here for two nights with a friend. Good location and we were able to get parking in the hotel backyard for both nights which was appreciated (first come first serve). Room was clean enough but a bit outdated and the sound insulation was nonexistent.

I like the tree lined streets. It’s more of a residential neighborhood. The hotel is old but clean and the bed was comfortable

Great hotel in a fantastic location!
Stayed here for 4 nights. It’s in the perfect location for exploring DC.
It’s not a shiny modern hotel but that’s reflected in the price. Very clean room with room service every day, a super comfy bed and surprisingly good shower!
I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Older property as described, but immaculate! Quiet even though I was in the first room by the entrance. Would definitely stay again.
Only suggestion for improvement of the room wouid be to get a 2-3inch foam topper for the bed.
