The hotel and rooms smelled of mildew, sheets were stained with old blood, pool was over chlorinated, fridge in room was dirty, walls were dirty and there were bugs. Save your money stay anywhere else.

The staff that I did interact with were very friendly and quick to assist. However, the room was not that great. We had to kill a roach and the bathroom was dirty. Someones bar of soap was left. There were also mysterious stains on the floor. We didn't bother asking to move as we arrived in late, were just staying the night, and left really early.

Immediately upon walking in front desk insisted I pay $30 more due to arriving at 2:00pm CST instead of 3pm I explained the situation in detail, only car in the lot, only guest in the lobby, she did nit care and was rude, told her I’d just leave and get another hotel after driving 7 hours to get to her before my event which started at 3pm. She finally let me check in. Poor customer service skills, no elevator had to carry everything up by hand and no air in hallways, 100 degree weekend.

The room smelled of lavender like the powder you scatter on carpet before you vacuum. The a/c leaked water all over the carpet. The shower leaked. I will never stay here again. Looks are deceiving.
