This hotel is great! The staff are amazing and the location is perfect… so near the beach but you won’t want to leave your pool side lounger to relax your stress away. Claudio and Christina were very accommodating to our needs. Our room had a great view of the ocean, the beach, the dunes, and property and was very comfortable.

A mixed bag. Location is excellent close to beach and great walks along promenade. Hotel is a little dated but overall okay. Buffet is generally good, however, coffee not great and please use real orange juice rather than concentrate. Plastic plants in the lobby don’t fit with hotels desire to be eco-friendly. Our time in this hotel was excellent. It is a stone's throw away from the beach and close to a range of restaurants, shops and bars / clubs. The dinners at the hotel were especially impressive. Elements of the menu changed every day and always left us with pleasant surprises and new delicious food to taste.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. The only complaint is that it was very difficult to regulate the water temp in our room. It went back and forth between warm and scalding hot without any warning and it was difficult to get cold water.

We paid more than we normally would for a hotel and were let down overall. Breakfast was “ok”, tinned fruit should never be the fruit option and there were things from the precious nights dinner, such as croquets and vegetables at breakfast The hotel had a two tier system, with upgraded guests getting better sun space and dining, towels and bags. Makes you feel unwelcome in the hotel where you are there to relax at.

Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes. There are also vegan options like soy milk for your Cappuccino. Every evening live singers play in the nice hotel bar. We enjoyed that a lot! The location is really good - the beach is just across the streets. I can only recommend the hotel.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. We paid for the lavish breakfast buffet and recommend it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a view of the ocean. The only thing that was difficult was getting access to a chaise in the sun near the pool. They were scarce and it was competitive to claim one! Also, people would put their towels down and leave for hours, which was aggravating. The proximity to Playa Inglés was spectacular and we enjoyed early morning walks on the beach. Beware of the nudists, if that sort of thing bothers you (it amuses me).
