The nicest staff by far were the porters and wait staff I felt the restaurant manager was a little rude when I kept insisting breakfast was included with my room package We had three rooms and did not receive one complimentary bottle of wine like our package suggested Had to call down and let them know mini fridge was totally empty because I did not want to be charged My kids had different cleaning ladies and had turndown service with chocolates on the pillow we did not location was good for table mountain and lions head
