IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER

It had been a very long day because it was moving day for me. I arrived a little bit after midnight a there was a sign that it said “Be back at 12:45 a.m”… I was waiting for over half an hour and finally the clerk showed up. I forgot to let them know that I didn’t want room service. And I called them in the middle of the day and they said the it was too late, they already serviced it. When I returned the bed was unmake whit it made me happy. I thought the they got my message on time. But sadly the cleaning person took the towels and didn’t leave me any. And also the luggage rack was broke. My luggage ended up on the floor. Usually I take pictures but it was a very stressful week for me.” Hope this review helps some how.
