No Fault
We could find no fault with the Be Hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the bay which was perfect. There is a lot of building going on in the area but this didnt interfere with our enjoyment of the hotel. Breakfast was busy but very good.We would highly recommend the Be Hotel.

Very loud and noisy - stay away if you have kids
Hotel is in the mall so location is brilliant. The staff/receptionist were not that great. Took a one time to check in due to room issues. 2/3 staff were giving different answers to room type and very confusing especially with tired children. There was no care when assigned a room as we were given a room that was under construction which we very dangerous with children. When reported they were shocked but again didn’t do anything to compensate for it which to me was a bit disappointing. Stay away if you have children because there are clubs around and you wil not get a peaceful sleep especially the children. It was very loud and went on till 5/6am. So for that mainly reason I will not return back.

Just to let you know, you're not booked this hotel the pictures they make it look like it's heaven when it's not to get to the swimming pool you have to walk across an open public area to the other building to be able to go and swim the stuff is so rude when I arrived and the breakfast is so dead don't waste your money here.

Great location, Seaview room was great. Aircon was making a lot of noise, they said they would check it, no feedback and it still continued to make a loud noise- had to be turned off during the night. Breakfast was great, room was serviced twice a day. Would recommend due to location

I was hoping I’d receive a VIP access but no availability. The Manager/supervisor at the desk managed to attend to me upon arrival. There was another staff who seem to be doing everything. So just 2 of them and the staff was the only one attending to us. House keeping wasn’t friendly at all. Always referring us to call reception for items meant to be in the room like bathroom slippers, water etc. A receptionist even asked us to keep our plastic bottles so we can fill them with purified water at the lobby 👎 Location is good and convenient.

Excellent service and keen to help
Had a bit of a problem on the first night but went to Reception in the morning and it was completely sorted by that afternoon. The Reception staff were so friendly and helpful - friends we were with had a couple of niggles but they were also put right. Nothing’s ever perfect but how the hotel staff dealt with everything was great. The room itself was spacious with good amenities including two types of pillow to cater for different tastes.
