I am coming to this hotel on a regular basis for 4 years now and for business purpose. This hotel is ideally located in from of the train station, rooms are comfortable and clean. I had to complain several times for the cleanliness of the glasses provided in the room. Some months ago, I went down to the front desk and brought a glass, the manager on duty was almost shocked that I was complaining for this. This time the glasses were not only having drying spots, they were really like "oily*. On my way for dinner I showed this glasses to the front desk, there the clerk told me please show this to my boss she is right now at the restaurant. What I did, and the reaction of this woman was really surprising "I do not allow you to approach me like this"!!!!! No sense of customer satisfaction at all. The I had my dinner with a welcome drink (offered by the hotel), a glass of white wine. I choose my dish, a fish, I ordered then a mother glass of white wine. I have got the fish but no wine at all. I tried to raise the attention of the (old) waiter but he didn't react. When I finished, he finally came back and asked if all was ok, then I answered "I haven't got my white wine", he answered " I forgot it", the I asked for the bill, 3 minutes later he came back with it. I could read 2 glasses of white wine... I asked him Why this???? his answer was "I brought them to you"!!!! I had to claim loudly to get reason. This is totally not acceptable for such an hotel!!!! see picture.
