HOTEL EL HANA RESIDENCE SOUSSE:pres de la plage, mais ancien,trop ancien
trop de bruit le soir avec une sono (animation autour de la piscine) tres forte jusqu'a 11 heures du soir la pelouse autour de la piscine trop sale avec gobelets et plastiques trainant par terre hotel ancien ayant mal vieilli et pas suffisament entretenu par contre, ras sur la nourriture qui était ok

L'hotel possede une trés belle vue sur mer, c'est le best au reveil!!! le service de chambre est trés agréable et sont aux petits soins mais du coté de l'équipe des animateurs ce n'est malheuresement pas le cas. nous avons tt de meme passée un agréable séjour avec nos amis et profiter du bo temps...

Il y a trois hôtels sur le même site, j'ai habité le El Hana Residence. Les chambres ont besoin de rénovation, la moquette est tachée de partout. Sinon, bon emplacement et beau jardin avec beacoup de palmiers offrant de l'ombre, si souhaité. Tout serait plutôt bien s'il n'y avait pas la nourriture - là, le chef n'a fait aucun effort, ni pour la cuisine, ni pour la présentation. Pas digne pour un 4 étoiles.

hôtel vraiment très sale a peine rentrer dans la chambre l'odeur pestilentiel de la chambre sans parler des trace de sang sur le sol et les cafard dan la salle de bain hôtel 4 étoile mon œil!!!!!! je tien a me faire rembourser

die lage des hotels ist günstig zum flughafen monastir, zur stadt sousse und zum strand. die zimmer wirken sehr ,heruntergekommen, die teppiche bedürfen dringend einer reinigung. die terassentüren schliessen schlecht, was vor allen dingen ein problem ist, da die musik von morgens 10 bis nachts 24 uhr dröhnt.lt. aussage der rezepton hat man keinen einfluss.
