Everything is fine. There are two game rooms for kids, but no games facilities such as mahjong and chess are provided for adults.

Unpleasant Stay in Sheraton!
Reception does seem to have my booking at time of check in. The request I have highlighted have not been looked at.
Most importantly my wife could not sleep whole night because of the serious dust mite on her bed. For a world brand chained hotel, this is totally unacceptable. Supposed to celebrate our wedding anniversary but the stay totally ruined by the bad experience.

1）自助早及晚餐食物味道並不是五星級質數，最多只可給與兩星分數，明顯廚團內並沒有一流廚師。
2）酒店大堂及通道環境寬大舒適，值得一讚！
3）房間空調循環不好，房間悶熱，找來維修人員跟進，他說溫度會慢慢涼快起來的。但整晚並沒有改善，深夜也被熱醒了！
4）床褥及床枕等質量並不配為五星級，只是一些平價品質，所以整晚也未能好好熟睡。

3日假期遊肇慶
酒店很新, 設備常規, 不夠細緻, 如露台的玻璃門鎖鬆了, 也不能鎖上。酒店的早餐地方寬敞位多, 食品種類也很豐富, 讚!
因為是新發展區, 酒店外面很靜, 冇人, 車也很少, 對面街的小區有一些食店, 和"包有料酒樓", 只見酒樓內沒有食客也不敢進去。唯一最方便的是叫車非常快, 幾乎不用等, 去哪兒都不過是幾元至幾十元而已。

渡假之旅
酒店位置屬於新開發區，地方十分偏僻，附近很小食市，沒有購物商場，只有一堆堆等建築，等售賣和等入伙 的屋宇。
無奈只可選擇酒店內的中餐廳個西餐廳，西餐廳的自助餐價錢合理，食物豐富。
房間裝修新，設備好。
