I can’t even review this hotel because I never checked in yet they texted me to check out. They took my money before hand including the deposit which I was paying cash for so it over drew my account. I get 1 night but the whole stay plus the deposit. I did not authorize that. I got attitude when I asked. I tired to cancel fri night and was told that I had to loose one night which was fine it’s was my fault. Than they texted me this morning to check out. Hello what I never even checked in. Than I go back and forth with them and was told that hotels.com had to cancel but they tried for 2 days as well. They keep telling them they did it but clearly they didn’t. They trying to blame hotels.com but it’s their fault not hotels.com. If mangement or owners read this I want a call back.

Went with my family clean inside but then went to get a drink and food at bar Friday night and they wanted a stupid 50$ cover charge and there was barely anyone in there.. never again will we go here bc it was not helpful for easy dinner and breakfast was terrible wasn’t even 10 am yet and everything was gone…

After our last stay at another place, we weren't expecting very much, considering the prices were about the same. Checked in and were amazed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, all sorts of extras. Nice pool, but the best was the free breakfast!

the couch had stains all over it white stains. sheets were dirty,shower was cold, kids screaming in the hallway at 12 midnight. they could have signs or have people be more respectful that others are sleeping, cleaning the rooms better is huge cleaner sheets an towels is a must and broken fixtures on the walls, shower was cold no hot water. hopefully things can get better it was nicer in the beginning so much has changed

Would stay again only in a emergency
First impression - mixed. Granted, it is winter but minimal plowing in and around the parking lots and entrance. Inside, entrance and counter area was bright and spacious. Good: 1) Room furniture in good condition, 2) Nice big indoor pool (did not use), 3) Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Not so good: 1) First room had no heat (or cooling), 2) Second room - heat would oscillate between warm and heat on occasion (we stayed in this room), 3) Toilet had running water continuously, 4) Bathroom door missing trim and construction debris behind door, 5) About half of the hallway doors did not latch (taped over or missing parts), 6) Breakfast - setup in a nightclub type room with dim lighting and all curtains pulled closed. Watered down orange juice, single 4-slice toaster and only sliced bread, single waffle maker, some cereal in regular boxes, small steam table with HOT DOGS AND FRIES. 7) Litter throughout carpeted halls and stairwells.

It was good except for people fighting at 1am so loud you could hear furniture being thrown and screaming and woke up me and my family and scared the young ones, tried to call front desk to complain and moone even answers

The heat was off when we got to our room and was FREEZING, it is January and was 5°c (40°f) outside. We cranked the heat and took our dogs for walk. I was a little better when we got back. And was comfortable after 5 hours. The halls were outside our room were freezing still so I assume they turnded the heat off for that block of rooms. The cleanliness, was a whole different thing, scum ring around the tub but again it was for one night so we delt. They did offer to change our room duw to the cold but our dogs were settled so we got extra blanks and made it work since it was for one night.
