This was a wonderful place to stay! Kelly was so wonderful, full of recommendations and very friendly! The property is gorgeous and we felt like it was home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and if we get a chnace to come back, this is for sure where we will be staying!!!

Pictures were deceptive. The pool was closed. The room could use a few amenities. There was not enough lights in the room, ,one fixture did not work, and no cups in the bathroom.

We loved that this was a privately owned property; it was a pleasant change from the corporate feel of chain hotels. The proprietors were great and helped us with every need. Loved, loved, loved it!

Super friendly information from host Kelly. The area is richly tropical. The grand central home and huge gorgeous kitchen can double as a retreat. Super clean rooms. I had only one night , I’ll be back. LAURELYN

This place was wonderful I would have liked to have spent more time there it's a great place to go to a lot of other places in the area it's a beautiful piece of property with lots of of fruit trees nut trees . The people there who run it are just wonderful however however I would not go there if you have any type of handicap conditions you may have some difficulty maneuvering around the property other than that it was such a pleasant stay next time planned to stay longer

The resort is the midpoint to Kona and volcano park. Host is very friendly. Nice kitchen is available for use to make any food. 5 minutes away from a great bakery and within 14 minutes you can find some restaurants.
