While we stayed there, a horrible incident happened. My two daughter got locked in the elevator which broken between floors, there were also another family of 4 with two little kids and another single adult. They have no cell signals, they used the elevator phone to call, but it took very long for anyone to come. My daughters and other guy had to save them self. They tried very hard themself to open the elevator door and they did it. They had to jump out the elevator which is 2 or 3 feet above the floor. Then they had to take stairs to walk down. Ever since then they are scared to take the elevator, they choose to walk down from the stars from the 21st floor. It was a horrifying experience for my two daughters. When we complained to hotel staff, we were just told that “things happen”. To us these kinds of things should never happen in the first place. They should have maintained the elevators to make sure these kind things will never happen. We will never choose this hotel again and will NOT recommend anyone else to stay in this hotel.

A good hotel. We booked a room with a kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed to cook! Although we ended up not cooking much but it was nice to have that option. Staff were friendly and helpful but we avoided the timeshare talk... this part of the hotel is not "associated" with thr main hotel. But check-in and check-out were easy. Parking is valet only that gets charged to your room.

Most everything was very good. Property very nice. A very nice convenience store that was not overpriced, like in most hotels. Refreshing! Only negative was did not clean when empty trash and exchange towels. Also 7 nights on same sheets. Most hotels change after 3 days. Not a big deal but 7 days is a little long.
