This One is a Keeper

The area was quiet, easy to access from the freeway, and seemed safe. It was the fastest check in I’ve ever had. The lobby was nice. Elevators were a little worn. Room was spotless and smelled clean. The bed was a little hard for my taste but new looking and inviting. Breakfast was good. The make your own waffles was a hit. I would definitely stay here again.

Unexpected bedding

Hampton Inn are one of my favorite hotels whenever I travel I try to stay there what attracts me to the hotel is that has a really decent or excellent bedding which is a top priority for me because at times I travel I’m tired but we drove seven hours from Redding, California to Madera. We were tired got into the room. The bed was very uncomfortable very hard almost like a boxspring, but we were so tired. We fell asleep next morning. I told the agent on board she said she would let her manager know.

Find another place in Madera!

The room was fine although there were broken tiles in the bathroom, the entire hotel looked very worn, the hot water at the coffee stand was barely lukewarm and the clerk at the desk should be fired, but I will be writing a separate letter on that issue.
