Everyone working at this hotel site were extremely friendly and helpful. If I were to be in this area again, I would book my stay here. The location also provided easy access to downtown St. Petersburg, minutes to Tampa Bay's airport and downtown. Easy access to Madeira Beach.

I had booked a regular room at Comfort Suites but because I wanted a room on the ground floor, they upgraded my room to a suite at no extra charge. Very nice and comfortable room.

The staff was great. The room was not clean and the bathroom was old and deteriorated. The bathroom was not clean. its a real shame because everything in the hotel was good. The prices were totally too much for what you get.

Very nice staff. We needed to do some laundry. The washer and dryer were clean. The issue we had was with the climate control in the room. When the AC was on it blew full blast right across the bed. It got too cold very quickly but without it the room was stuffy and warm. We stayed 4 nights and tried several settings but the room remained stuffy.

Great staff, breakfast was filling and had a decent variety. The site is dated and needs an upgrade, this wouldnt be an issue if price reflected this but I dont feel the $160 per night we paid was inline with the accommodations. Dont think we would go back at this price point, if there was a deep discounted rate and we were planning to be in the area I would consider as the people were very nice.
