Nice ski long weekend.
We stayed there for the long weekend. It was pretty nice. We had amazing ski session on the slopes across the street. They have a nice continental breakfast where anyone can find something suitable. We were a group of 10 and it was great to have breakfast with a view in 2 out of 3 days. Kids enjoyed the pool which is open whole day 9 to 9 if I remember correctly. The heater had a problem but as soon as we announced the front desk they sent someone with a portable one to keep us cozy.

Great potential
This hotel has a great location and would have great facilities if the pool and the hot tub were not so dirty. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The restaurant was not open because the hotel was not very busy. Not a big deal because it is only 5 min drive to the nearest town.

Very Disappointing
I used to go to this resort a few times a year. I haven't been since COVID. The quality of everything was down tremendously. The room was cold. Even though they changed my room hoping the next one be warm, it wasn't. They used to had a good chef and bartender. The new ones had no clue about food allergies. The food was tasteless and cold.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning of the rooms themselves was done fast while we were out. Was a very nice room conveniently beside the ski hill which we did go to. Overall great experience would come back.

HIGHWAY MOTEL
My stay felt like being in a highway motel. The room lacked basic amenities such as napkins and a water bottle, and there were no side tables. The staff was unhelpful. It seems that an East Indian company has taken over, and they've introduced an unexpected "resort fee."

The staff were very welcoming but the property is very old and needs a lot of work. When we went to go use the dinning service in the morning they weren't around to serve anyone. The tub had patched up parts and when asked to fix a clogged drain it wasn't done. The doors were not closing properly and with a simple push would be opened despite the lock on the door that didn't work. The hot tub was nice but the cleanliness of the swimming pool area and tub were filthy. It's a beautiful area with not much to do. Otherwise a nice break from reality.

The location is beautiful, the staff are welcoming and rooms are very clean. The 30$ resort fee is a bit unfair (includes wifi, parking, swimming bath towels) as these should be built into the price of the rooms just like every other hotel/resort. The food was also delicious for 15/person. Overall i would visit here next fall for sure!
