Brilliant stay. Excellent location to walk to all the main attractions… including the Vatican. It is about 49 minute walk from Termani. Hard to locate from outside but it was hidden gem. Perfect location. Basic room but perfect for city break clean, kettle, hairdryer and safe in the room, air on. Definitely stay on our next trip. Owners very responsive on WhatsApp to questions and room clean and towels changed daily

Not a real hotel

It is not a real hotel. The "reception" is on the second floor of a building, with a very small elevator. The room was great, large, confortable and clean. There is no breakfast area, it is brought to your room. The best was the location, quite close to Piazza Navona and many places to visit in central Rome.

Really good location. Our AC/heat unit was problematic so with 2 days left, we were moved to another room. First room had a very strange layout, second room was better but had had a dog with its folks in that room the night before and I’m allergic. Staff was easy to work with, especially housekeeping.

Serviced bedrooms.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is not what I call a hotel more serviced bedrooms. That was not a problem for us but I was expecting more facilities. The signage is not great. Just a really small wall plaque. Luckily the buildings are numbered too and that helped.
