Good service, good suite, kitchen lacking items

Nice area with great walking trails if you bring your dog. Good service by front counter staff, and suite and hotel were fine, except that the kitchen was missing some critical items such as large knives for chopping (had to use table knives) small pots, forks (there were only two but drawer had some plastic take out forks?) and seemed a bit like someone went to a garage sale and picked up what they could an placed it in the kitchen.

An “ okay” stay. Dated unit showing wear and tear.

This was an “okay” stay for us. The duvets were not covered in a sheet or cover and the duvets were stained and had hair. The kids did not use them. The kitchen faucet leaked onto the island. The suite sleeps 6 but they only had 4-6 of each plate/bowl/glasses. Hot tub was great - no complaints there. Check in was fine. Housekeeping was a bit rude on our exit. Parkade is a nice perk. Dishwasher wasn’t stellar. We ended up having to wash everything by hand as there were only enough dishes for one meal. Only had one pot and two pans with mismatched lids. We will likely look elsewhere next time we are looking in this area.

When we originally arrived we had some issues with our unit. Copperstone Resorts stepped up right away and made it right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility. This is the third year that we have stayed there.

Front desk was very kind and informative! Unit was perfectly clean, quiet building, well-maintained, and comfortably spacious enough for two to stay in, nice kitchen, plus had underground parking. Downside is location, no close/walkable places to eat, very close to the highway (yet also can be a pro) and some of the technology/ furnishings could be slightly updated. Overall was a very nice stay.

The condo was nice, good size, spacious with good amount of basics in the kitchen. My only recommendation is better bedding, the flat sheet over the mattress was too small. This meant that the bedding became bunched and uncomfortable during the night. If there was a larger or fitted sheet at least it would solve this issue. The same is for the duvet cover, a proper enclosed cover rather then two small flat sheets would be an important improvement.

The building is nice and the lady at the front desk was helpful. The room wasn’t very clean. No bedding supplied for the pull out sofa even though we booked for 4 people. The beds are really uncomfortable. Overall it’s ok if you get it at a good deal. We paid Christmas prices and it definitely wasn’t worth that cost.

Reported the broken oven doos handle and busyed lights but nothing happened it was not fixed. Bathroom tissues no extra one provided the only one provided was on the actual handle. Terrible place to stay

The dishes, pots and bowls in the cabinets were dirty, the entire place was dirty. There were no extra pillows, blanket or face cloths. We couldn’t reach front desk every time we called. When we went down and asked they gave us some thin crap blanket and said they had no pillows. We ran out of toilet paper, they gave us one roll. Overall never again
