Excellent place to stay if visiting uni or Birmingham centre itself. My initial room had a minor issue but was sorted out and moved to another room to suit my needs within minutes. Couldn't fault the staff. Food is excellent I made use of the takeaway service so food brought to my room portions were huge. This was my second stay and will choose to stay here again when I need to.

It was just what I needed to enjoy birmingham. The hotel is located within campus grounds of Aston University, with proximity to restaurants and takeouts at affordable prices. It has easy access to other parts of birmingham via different means of transportation and we were able to use uber and buses for most of our journey. The hotel staff are polite, friendly and helpful and the hotel looks nearly refurbished and very clean, with iron and ironing board provided. The only downside is that the rooms do not come with a fridge and water isn't provided in the rooms. Although there was a tesco less than 2 minute walk from the hotel. We also got access to the leisure centre and swimming pool, although we didn't end up using these. All in all an excellent hotel

Staff were amazing, room wasn’t the cleanest but all good. Had breakfast on the first morning after being told about it at check in, and for £30 for two people it was very poor and definitely wouldn’t recommend. Overall a good stay though. Lift maybe needs some maintenance.
