Super clean, comfortable beds and pleasant breakfast. Perfect for our short trip to Rome. Good location and nice view from the room. The only thing was when I originally booked I was under the impression would be staying at a different hotel but message received alerting me that I would be staying elsewhere but it wasn’t a problem as was 5 min walk away. Other than that, great stay. Thank you ☺️

The condition of the property left much to be desired. The rooms looked run-down, the bathrooms were outdated, and although the room appeared to be cleaned, it did not feel clean overall. The property looked nothing like the pictures advertised. I have stayed at other hotels in Rome within the same price range and area that were much better maintained and provided a significantly better overall experience. I do have to say that the Staff in the front desk and breakfast were amazing.

Very dirty and worn out hotel. Electrical cables hanging out of the walls in the bathroom. The shower has no water pressure at all. The breakfast was divided into 3 sittings, if you weren't there when they opened it was very much sold out. Even though it's cheap it's not worth the money.

Upon arrival spoke to the customer service representative about the room and no pressure in the shower she said I should have paid for a better hotel. The address was hard to find uber driver twice, took us to the wrong hotel, we used the email the hotel sent us with the address. The elevator was extremely small so you had to walk up ten stories to get to level five. It’s location was in the worst part of town had wife and daughter nervous

The hotel is actually a floor on the 5th level of an apartment building, the address is incorrect, we were guided by a gentleman who was so used to find tourist looking for this so-called hotel. The rooms are big, old furniture, windows, bathroom etc. One day the cleaner didn't want to clean the room so he put the no disturb sign in the door. The staff avoided checking the camera because they knew it was the hotel's fault. We've asked for a plate to cut a mango for the child and we were told they have too many people at breakfast😆

The property is located about 15 min walk from bus terminal (hoponhopoff) but it sits upon the 5 th floor, you must be buzzed in and take an antique elevator to the 5 th floor.( people at a time max). If you are on the 4th floor you will taking the stairs. Nice Chinese place next door and a great pizza place across the street. Breakfast is 10 Euro. Not bad but don’t expect any extra help from staff for say Hot water or a bowl of yogurt to take medicine. They are not accommodating. The made was awesome and helpful. Oh and the other building tenants hate you. I personally would never stay there again. Oh yea they sell tickets to Stuff like the coliseum for 57 Euro .. we bought ours for 18 Euro. ;).

Det bästa med hotellet är personalen. Trevliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Bra läge, lätt att ta sig överallt inom centrala Rom. Hotellet är dock i behov av renovering. Luftkonditioneringen behöver lagas, likaså duschkabinen. Små saker så som hur sängen var bäddad (tror det saknades lakan )och avsaknad av toaborste drar ner helhetsintrycket. Men man får vad man betalar för.

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel Orazia. Nous étions en chambre économique avec ma fille et nous en sommes très satisfaites. Chambre simple, propre et literie confortable. C’est assez ancien oui, mais bien entretenu, c’était exactement ce à quoi je m’attendais et bien suffisant pour notre utilité. Le petit déjeuner était très complet. Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif. Hôtel très bien situé, métro juste en bas qui dessert très bien toute la ville. Parfait pour nous, si je retourne à Rome je retournerais dans cet hôtel.

O hotel é próximo da estação de metrô, o que facilitou demais a nossa estadia é locomoção, único ponto negativo é que o hotel funciona no prédio residencial e aparentemente os moradores não gostam e tratam super mal os turistas. Principalmente no que se diz respeito ao elevador que é pequeno, manual, antigo e demora muito. Então com excessão desse ponto, o hotel tem um ótimo atendimento, os recepcionistas ajudam e tentam entender outras línguas, eles falam geralmente inglês e espanhol o que também facilita a comunicação. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos.
