The reception was very helpful during check in! The property was very clean and our room was spacious. The breakfast was a little nil- nothing but coffee and croissants. And the air con in our room didn’t go below 23 no matter what we did and it was very hot, and the machine itself was very loud. But it was a good hotel near the Roma termini which is why we stayed there.

Our overall stay was very good! The hotel is set in an older building, and while it’s not a modern-style property, the rooms have been nicely renovated and the washroom had a few modern updates. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The standout was definitely the customer service. We interacted with four different front desk staff members during our stay, and every single one of them was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Breakfast was included and quite nice, and we enjoyed the outdoor terrace. We had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay, but the team addressed them quickly and efficiently. The only small hiccup was a bit of miscommunication around replacing our shower head — it wasn’t running optimally and unfortunately couldn’t be fixed until after our second night. The location is great — within walking distance of the Colosseum, metro stations, and the main train station. You can hear the occasional train during the day, but noise was not an issue at night. The area is removed from the touristy spots so there were a handful of good local restaurants around with fair pricing. Overall, a comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

About a 10 min walk from the termini so super central although the street seemed kind of shady at night. Theres a street with multiple restaurants and a metro station about 3 min walking distance. Air conditioning setting couldnt be changed. Shower drain was clogged the first night, luckily they repaired that within the following morning

Overall it was a very good place to stay for the price point in Rome. It’s close to the train (only about a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini Station) and is about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, 40 minutes to the Trevi Fountain/Pantheon, and just over an hour to Vatican City. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. A minor thing is that the bed is incredibly firm (this is also a preference thing of course) and some sound can be heard with being in such close proximity to the train lines and right across the road from the tram, however, considering how close they are, we initially expected the noise to be more prominent than it was. It also includes a free breakfast with a few pastry’s, a loaf of some sort, and a coffee machine. Overall we were pleased with our stay here and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a lower-price placed to stay and who is willing to walk a bit!

Ingen reservasjon funnet. Måtte bytte hotell.

Jeg kom alene med tung bagasje sent på kveld, og da jeg sto i respsjonen, kunne resepsjonisten ikke finne reservasjonen på rommet jeg hadde bestilt og forhåndsbetalt! Han kunne også fortelle at de ikke samarbeidet med hotels.com. De hadde skiftet administrasjon, og forrige driver hadde ikke overført tidligere reservasjoner ved overdragelse. Den stakkars resepsjonisten gjorde det han kunne: hjalp meg å finne et annet hotell i nærheten, og fulgte meg over med bagasjen. Heldigvis hadde jeg økonomi til å betale på nytt for oppholdet. Jeg måtte komme tilbake dagen etter for å ordne opp problemet, og etter en del tid og noen "rikstelefoner" fikk jeg lovnad om å få pengene tilbake. Jeg vet ingenting om hotellet ellers, og siden "vet ikke" ikke er noe valg, ble det middelmådige skår. Dagen etter traff jeg også andre gjester i resepsjonen på hotellet, som heller ikke fikk rom. Noen av dem hadde faktisk reservert og betalt den ikke-eksisterende overnattingsmuligheten i Roma via søkemotor på nett dagen før. Jeg antar at dette var systemsvikt, hvis det ikke var svindelforsøk da.

Dirottati in un altro hotel

Purtroppo per me non ho potuto soggiornare nella hotel parker in quanto arrivato il responsabile della reception mi comunica che l'hotel è andato in overbooking e che quindi venivo dirottato in un altro hotel a circa 1km da lì, quest'ultimo vecchio sporco e con stanza piccolissima e mobilia degli anni 50.(non faccio il nome). Ci era stato detto che la sistemazione sarebbe stata uguale ma vedendo le foto sul sito non mi risulta. Sono molto scontento del trattamento. Non è possibile nel 2020 andare in overbooking. Se io prenoto una camera in una struttura la pretendo.

Perfekt och sval övernattning

Mycket trevligt och välskött hotell inom gångavstånd från Termini. Även inom gångavstånd till Colosseum och andra sevärdheter. Rummen är små men mycket väl inredda och med mycket bra AC och WiFi. Frukosten är omfattande och ger en bra start på dagen.

Foi o pior serviço de hotel que ja vi. O atendimento foi péssimo. Reservei 04 quatro quartos, me arrependi, pois cheguei juntamente com a família porém eles nos espalharam cada um em um andar diferente, nem a mínima atenção foi dada pra resolver o problema. Frigobar de todos os quartos não funcionava. E ainda o quarto q fiquei não correspondia ao do pedido. SÓ DEUS. Vexame total.
