Filthy and Disgusting
This hotel is disgusting and management is beyond rude. No one available onsite to discuss any issues with. The comforter had not been washed probably ever, mold in the bathroom, and filth and dirt on the walls. So expensive for a dirty and ridiculously small room. We had to get another hotel room for the nights we were supposed to stay here, that’s how gross it was. Our new hotel was the same amount of money, but a bigger and cleaner room, with a hotel lobby (Condotti29 has nothing when you enter) and nice front.

Center of Rome
We stayed for two nights and following are my comments. Pros:- Amazing location , almost walking distance from all the top site seeing site, while I have booked a walking tour in the morning, post that I felt that I have actually wasted my money as I could have walked and seen all the sites on my own. Everything is in the radius of 2-3 km or 20/25min walk (for us little slow as I travelled with my 7yr old kid). Pickup and drop arranged by hotel while we paid directly to the driver. Alessandro was helpful over email. Breakfast was okay (didn’t expect much anyway and we skipped one day due to early morning flight). They keep some eatable in the room which helped and my kid loved it. Wifi available, some drops in the room but its expected as many walls around. You need to be prepared to be on your own as there isn’t anyone actually managing the reception (expected for BB kind of setup) . Overall we have had very nice stay and would love to comeback. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the center of Rome, spend time walking around, late night and enjoy ROME.

Wow
Need to mention clearly that it’s a bed and breakfast If you say you have elevator but you need to go up 9 steps to get to it and another 9 steps to get to your floor SAY SO Paint the walls in the room it’s so many marks and send the curtains to the cleaner they have stains all over Our toilet was running the whole time and when I asked the lady she said she knew about it and it will be fixed some time also we had to flush Up to several times before It was ok. Our shower was so small that I literally had to get in and out of it sideways and it was backing up so I told the lady and she did fix the drainage the next day. I think you get the picture I have taken some video but don’t know how to load it. I have booked through your site before and perhaps I got too dependent on it. Next time I will make sure to do the checking myself but I like to say the housekeeper was very nice

Great for the location and to lay your head cheap.
The best part was the location. And the cleaning lady that had to check us in, she was cheerful. But someone needs to teach them a little about renovating etc... towel bars coming off walls, shower doors not working etc.. How to grout and seal properly. How to mate a tile floor to engineered floor so you don't slam your toe. Sad in a society that has given us great things like Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Pantheon...

Nice hotel, conveniently located
This hotel is really well located, walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Roman Forum, you name it. Staff is friendly, especially Renee who serve the breakfast in the morning. By the way, the continental breakfast is good as well as the tasty latte that I tried. The room and bathroom were clean; very comfortable bed/pillow. Be aware that the elevator is located on the first floor. As we travelled light we didn't have much trouble getting to the first floor; If you come with heavy luggage, be prepared to take them to the first floor by hand. Anyway, it's a short climb, it's not going to ruin your day. We have had a nice stay in this place. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely!
