This small, boutique-style hotel is a GEM. Literally steps from Termini Station, it presents as unassuming from the outside, but it was immaculately clean, the room was exactly as advertised, and the staff truly outstanding. For the price, I don't think you would find a better value for a hotel in Rome. Obviously, no one will confuse this hotel with the St Regis, but as a 1-3 night place to stay, pre or post cruise, it's a dream. Located so close to the major attractions of ancient Rome, you can easily walk (or take a scooter or ebike) to your desired ruin. Honestly, the only thing I would criticize is the AC system. At least in my room, it was is a tad outdated, and it did take a few minutes to completely cool the room, but it wasn't awful at all. In the Hotel's defense, I was there during the absolutely crushing heat wave of August 2026, which, I'm sure, didn't help, so it is understandable if the AC was slightly sluggish to cool my room. Aside from that minor issue, and it was truly minor, this Hotel ticks all the boxes for a safe, comfortable stay at an insanely affordable price.

The property is located close to the train station and bus stops which is convenient but we had a few ants in our room which wasn’t a huge deal. We also had the guy at the front desk take our room key each time we left which I found strange. The building is very noisy it was hard to sleep for any longer than 20 minutes without hearing sirens or some other noise outside
