Nicely refurbished older building with good facilities. Convenient for transport and all main points of interest. Helpful staff. Shame the breakfast is so expensive for what it is - a nice enough buffet but nothing special.

This hotel was absolutely lovely! Our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower with good water pressure. The jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. The concierge Francois was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Five stars!

Cet hôtel est une belle découverte. Le personnel est accueillant, toujours disponible et très accommodant lorsqu'on veut profiter de la piscine et du spa en dehors des horaires dédiées.

Expérience vraiment sympa
Séjour très agréable, dans un établissement vraiment très joli, confortable et apaisant.
Le personnel est à l'écoute, très disponible et agréable. Quel que soit la personne croisée, nous avons toujours eu un sourire, une phrase de politesse ou un petit mot.

La chambre qui nous a été attribué sur réservation avec hotels.com était dans la partie ancienne, non-rénovée, sans ascenseur et sans climatisation.... ce qui ne serait pas un problème en soi, mais elle avait une odeur très désagréable. En demandant de changer de chambre on nous a fait clairement savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'autres chambres de cette catégorie, et après de longues discussions nous avons finalement pu changer en payant un supplément de 36€ ... pour 1 chambre climatisée, rénovée... mais bien plus petite. Hotel pas à recommander .... il y en a d'autres bien plus intéressants sur cette ville

L’hôtesse m’explique que l’hôtel est complet et que l’hôtel a des chambres avec clim et sans clim
Il faut bien vérifier lors de la réservation
En réservant un hôtel 3 étoiles je n’ai pas pensé qu’il était nécessaire de vérifier si il y avait ma clim
J’ai beaucoup voyagé et je n’ai jamais été confronté à me retrouver dans un hôtel 3 étoiles sans clim

Réservation du 13 Août 2020 2 chambres double pour une nuit.
Pas de climatisation dans les chambres alors que sur le site et sur la façade de l'hôtel il est écrit Hôtel climatisé mention trompeuse.
Hôtel vétuste rien d'un 3 étoiles nous réservons plus de 30 nuits par an, nous avons était très déçu.
Ascenceur en panne cela peu malheureusement arriver, un dame de plus 80 ans avec béquille ne s'est pas vu proposer une chambre au premier malgrés sa demande c'est une HONTE !!!
Nous avons était choqué elle avait sa chambre au 4 ème étage agée + béquille + canicule + masque 😡.
Vous auriez pu faire un changement de chambre 🙏

Accueil très chaleureux de l'employé de l'hôtel alors que j'arrivais tard le soir vers 2330, personnel sympathique le matin et compréhensif, j'ai pu laisser ma voiture dans le garage de l'hôtel jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi, ce qui m'a vraiment arrangé. Je reviendrai.
