Very cute bnb, the location is perfect because it’s just a few minutes from the main station by walk. Antonio welcomed me very well. The price is very good compared to others. The room is silent. Cute spot. Very nice host! Comfy beds.

Arrived around 1:30pm and was accommodated on the check in time which was appreciated. We were only here for a night prior to flying out of Rome the next day, but wish we had stayed here 2 weeks prior when we were in Rome for an extended period of time. Host was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the A/C (to be expected, it was 40degress outside) and he was very concerned we would not be comfortable so he offered to refund us at not cost. We ended up staying as it there was still some A/C and we didn’t want to lug our bags again. This cute little place was great! Comfy bed and pillow, clean. Nice croissants, juice and options for coffee in the morning all included. Don’t need anything more for breakfast than that to be honest. It was great! The area at night was debatable…. Probably wouldn’t go out at night to be honest but otherwise I felt safe throughout the day and getting there after dinner.

Had problems with Expedia's pass through communication. Because it's a B&B there is no desk. I was not sure what time we would check in, and Expedia did forward my reply to his query. When we arrived we were not able to enter because I did not have a phone number, and did not see the tiny name in the door bell. It would have been nice if 1) he gave me his contact info, 2) he said to ring his door bell when we arrived. It was a very small bed room and shower, but I rented it only 2 days before we arrived and it was his last available space. So no complaints. Nice location - 5 blocks to train terminal, 8 or 9 blocks to the Coliseum, a few nice restaurants 5 or 6 blocks away. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and all the little shops were closed and rollup doors pulled down and there was a lot of graffitti everywhere so we were woied about the neighborhood, but is was not a problem.

This place is great if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Rome. Lucia (one of the staff) was one of the most kindest and considerate people ever. She was so sweet and answered our questions. The room is cleaned everyday and there was fresh baked goods every morning as well as other breakfast foods. Antonio also helped us get transportation to the airport even after already being checked out. Overall the staff were so kind and helpful, they definitely made this experience so much better!

We had a lovely 5 night stay, delicious self serve breakfast. Very central, we walked to most attractions, bus metro and train stations minutes walk away for the Vatican etc. The tram runs right outside and can be noisy but stops at 12.30pm starts again around 6am . Antonio was very friendly and informative. He communicated well about arrivals and checking in. Would definitely recommend.
