Very good location from the trainstation and only 20 minute walk to Colosseum. Great restaurants on the next street and a big supermarket is just two blocks away.
The hotel itself is a bit rundown but not bad, considering the building is from the late 1800's. It's got a cozy feel to it, nonetheless. The rooms are quite small with high ceilings and huge windows. We had a room facing the street and it's quite busy all day and night. We didn't have a problem with it (we love the hustle and bustle of a busy city), but some might find the noice somewhat disturbing. The cleaning of the hotel and its rooms, is absolutely impeccable.
The personel is very friendly and helpful and always greet you, even if they're busy doing something else.
Breakfast is continental och it's nice and fresh and provides all you need to get your day started in the best way.
Will definitately use this hotel again, with pleasure, when I visit Rome next time!
