Great location!
Good spacious place to stay with excellent location, very near the Sagrada Familia and shops. The place need refurbishing, you can see how old some of the appliances are. My only problem was the walls are thin that you can hear the footsteps of the people above us, the people across the apartment and the people going down the stairs which woke my kids up whose room was next to the entrance door. Apart from that, a comfortable stay.

Good location!
The property was located very close to Sagrada Familia, which was positive. However, the street can be bustling, and it is difficult to sleep before midnight because of the noise outside. It had almost everything you needed for a short stay. One or two coffee pods for the Krups machine would have been a big bonus after a long trip to the accommodation. The city tax for tourists increased from 5.50 EUR to 6.88 EUR before our stay but this was not communicated before our arrival.

The check in process is cumbersome and complicated since most travelers are coming from abroad and the automation and phone calling to the offices makes it difficult, longer than expected after a very long trip.

Lovely convenient apartment with all necessary amenities near metro and many restaurants and stores. Large patio allowing beautiful Barcelona breezes into the apartment. Clean safe and convenient with an elevator. Very pleased with this little place perfect for small family group.

The apartment was perfect for our needs of four people, ideally placed for use of metro and buses and a nice distance from the over crowded tourist areas. The apartment was clean with everything you could need and the greeting from the staff member on arrival was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and use again.

There was no-one at the property when I arrived and I had no idea how to get in or find out how to enter my room, this was awful after 23 hours of travel. When I entered the room there were dead bugs on the floor, the amenities were basic to say the least, the TV didn't work at all and the shower alternated between boiling hot and freezing cold. On the second day I returned to find vomit on the front door, which remained there over night until the next afternoon. The room was loud from street noise and other guests, the bed was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant stay and not worth the money at all.

Clean and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view. It is a convenient location to walk or use public transportation to access other parts of the city. There is a market across the street and a second larger market around the corner to purchase food items. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!

The apartment was not clean when we arrived at 2pm. The apartment had us meet them outside and we went inside the apartment with their representative. We got checked in and we noticed the beds were not made, he informed us the maid hadn't cleaned yet. So we had to leave our things inside the apartment and wait for the maid to clean. Very strange, Why would you have us go into an unclean apartment??

Excellent location and great service
Excellent location, nice stay, great service. However, the apartment was not perfectly cleaned, you can find a lot of unclean spots. The facilities need maintenance, as one of our bathroom had a small water leakage after shower and the air conditioner in the en-suite room constantly making noises that we found it difficult to sleep.

MH Barcelona
I had booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for 3 people but it showed booking for 2 people and we were asked to pay extra money per night for the third person which did not make sense but we paid anyway. The master en-suite had mould on the bathroom ceiling and we noticed mould on the curtains in the bedroom and living room. I contacted the office twice to report this. On our second last day the hinges on kitchen cabinet fell off and their technician came over to fix it and I showed him the moulds which he took pictures of. We only stayed for 4 days but by third day my friend sleeping in master bedroom developed a sore throat and a cough which we suspect is related to the condition of the room. I wrote to their office with my complaint after I got back but did not receive a response
