My family stayed straight after the cyclone alfred storm. Harbour Quays Apartments were excellent and it really was a home away from home while we waited for our power to return. I would recommend to anyone coming to the Gold Coast. Great location. 5 stars

I still haven’t received any response for my deposit refunded. The property is given to us in unclean condition. No one is following up. During the stay, all in sudden telling us that someone is coming to check the smoke alarm when we are outside (notify us on the same day without any notice). So terrible experience.

The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. We were in walking distance to shops and cafes. Also only a short drive to theme parks and Surfers Paradise. The apartment itself was amazing with a great views from the huge balcony. The air-conditioning in the apartment unfortunately broke down two days before our stay ended. Karla was great in providing a portable air-conditioner and an extra fan to take the edge off the heat. Overall, we had a great two weeks on the Gold Coast and would recommend staying at Harbour Quays Apartments. We would definitely book again.
