Had to pay for a new hotel the first night, no one at the apartment to check us in. Didn't get any answer on phone. Email for self check in was only sent after been at the door for 4 hours.

Sentral beliggenhet - rommene vist på bilder står IKKE i forhold til det som møtte oss 2- rom. Rom ut mot gata - MYE støy fra trikker, selv med vinduene igjen. Greit rom størrelsesmessig - Håndkle skift hver 3 dag - måtte etterspørre toalettpapir, kopper - TV virket ikke - Wifi ustabilt - av/på. Ikke noen i "resepsjon" - "vert" kom 20 min forsinket til avtale. "Hotellets" beskrivelser på bilder og innhold er mildt talt overdrevne. Ikke kaffetrakter, ikke minibar - lite kjøleskap som ikke funket ved ankomst, hårføner som ramlet ned fra veggfeste ... mye klaging her :-) men ok sted, men med for mye støy fra tidlig morgen !

This place is good to spend few nights in Rome. The closest location to Termini station. The room was cleaned. Unfortunately the Internet correction was pretty poor in our room.

Die absolute Bahnhofsnähe macht vieles aus. Die Lage erwies sich als totaler Glücksfall. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Das "Hotel" selbst ist eine umgebaute Wohnung in der 3. Etage eines Wohnhauses in dem einige Wohnungen zu Touristen Unterkünften umfunktioniert wurden. Zimmer und Einrichtung sind veraltet und in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Die Steckdosen hängen lose aus der Wand, die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen und wir konnten wirklich jede einzelne Feder fühlen. Das führt natürlich auch zu einer sehr unangenehmen Geräuschentwicklung bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Das Bad war sehr eng aber okay.

A nice place to stay
Very nice and perfect location for us as we needed to be near the train station and in a safe neighborhood. The room was quaint but beautiful. We were only there one night but I would definitely stay there again

Good for the price.
We needed a hotel for one night as we were flying out the next day. This is a reasonably priced hotel close to the train station. It's good for the money. We could hear the trains until about midnight and again early in the morning. It was not bad and it may have been the location of our room. I'd stay again if I only needed a night.

Just a place to sleep.
The room was fair for the price. It was a little hard to find (lack of signage ). The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The bedroom area was clean but the bathroom floor smelled like piss and the mattress was worn out. Other than that, just a place to sleep.

Unico difetto le lenzuola un po' gialle in alcuni punti, per il resto ve la consiglio, accoglienza molto ospitale, la camera molto accogliente e gradevole a prima vista, il bagno pulito e vicinissima a termini davvero due passi! Sono stato giusto una notte 24-03-2018

Good and best
It was unexpected stay in Rome first time because they made me happy for one night with easy location and their hospitality totally. For example, the hotel is located in Termini Rome only 3 min by walk. The hoteliers were very kind.
If I have a chance to use it again. I will do it.

트레미니역과 가까운 지역이라서 너무 편하지만 반면으로 체크인이 너무 일찍 끝나니 늦게 도착하신다면 비추입니다. 직원이 퇴근하는 곳이더라고요.
체크인을 할수있다면 늦게까지 돌아다니실수 있으세요. 현관키를 주더라고요^^ 하신다면 즐거운 여행되세요

Hotel bom e bem localizado
O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem perto da estação de trem, o que facilita bastante.
O quarto é bom, espaçoso, porém as toalhas são trocadas a cada 3 dias ,os itens parabanho (sabonetes, shampoo) não são repostos, pelo menos os 3 dias em que fiquei não repuseram, e também não fica uma pessoa direto na recepção.
Mas no geral gostei do hotel, voltaria outras vezes

Ottima esperienza
É una sistemazione a due passi dalla stazione termini e con tutte le comoditá a portata di mano. Camera molto pulita e doccia con getto idromassaggio. Non potevo avere di meglio. Alla reception sono stati gentilissimi e cortesi. Ho anche chiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di check out e anche lí nessun problema. Tornerò sicuramente!

ビジネスで使用しましたが、夜7時には受付に人がいなくなり、追加料金が発生、到着予定の列車が遅れ、連絡を取るのに一苦労しました。テルミニ駅から歩いて数分と言うメリットはあるのだが…。

the girl at the reception was too young and not very well acquainted of what is required by the procedure: a long time before entering the room

아이(10살)와 함께여서 트리플룸 사용. 공간은 좁지만 깔끔.
테르미니역에서 도보5분 위치 매우 좋음. 호스트분이 매우 친절. 간단간식(크로와상/물/음료) 제공.
주위에 비싸지 않은 레스토랑이 많아 간단하게 식사하기 좋음. 트램이 지나는 길.
간판이 없어서 구글맵으로 정확한 위치를 알지 않으면 찾기가 어려움 (조그만 문패가 전부)

Very nice accommodation
The staff were very nice and friendly, they helped us with any questions we had. The room is next to the team, so too can hear it all night and day but it's not that noticeable. Clean room and clean toilets. Very good location for both taking the metro/bus or taking a walk for all the tourist attractions. Recommending.

Good budget hotel for exploring Rome
Great location handy to Roma terminii station and an easy walk to colosseum, major Ancient Rome features and church of st mary major. Good eating in the neighbourhood. Unusual as hotels go but tea, coffee and kettle provided as well as complementary bottled water and juice in fridge. Fridge not cold and would like to have been able to drop the room temperature a bit more but it was still tolerable. Would stay here again.
