We had a lovely stay for 3 days. The breakfast is quite simple but it works fine, the room was small but nice. Impressed by the comfort of the bed.

In our opinion, it was one of the best hotels for the price we paid. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind.
The room was clean, simple, and nice. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location was great — close to the bus and metro stations.
There were two male staff members who helped us a lot; unfortunately, I don’t know their names, but one was Indian and the other had blonde highlights in his hair.

I liked the small room, though access to the bed would have been annoying if I hadn't been on my own.
Would have been nice to have tissues (instead of having to blow my nose on the toilet paper) - but not a big deal.
It would have been extra cool if I could have connected my mobile device (eg iPad) via Bluetooth to a speaker!

Excellent stay with a few minor complaints
Room and common areas were very clean, well lit, and staff was mostly friendly and knowledgeable. Location was excellent as was price. Loved the complementary coffee station, but staff was often too rushed to maintain it.
Food: dining room was very comfortable but there was not much food choice for breakfast or dinner and it was primarily packaged and heated.
Room: probably more suited to a single than a couple as the lighting settings are either all on, medium, or dark for room including bathroom, and when the door opens, all the lights go on automatically which is not great if one is sleeping and the other awake. The windows don't open and the a/c isn't very powerful, so it gets hot and stuffy.
Bathroom: great shower, but it leaked all over the floor and there was nowhere to hang the towels.
Location: excellent. Short walk to Farringdon where you can catch a train to Luton, Gatwick, or Heathrow or hop on the tube.

Pontos positivos: fomos recebidos com um mimo (uma caixa de biscoitos) e uma mensagem/ cartão do hotel em razão de ser o dia do Natal.
Quarto extremamente aconchegante e com instalações impecáveis. Muito limpo também. Água bem quente o tempo todo.
Hotel muito bem localizado. Se você é disposto a caminhar, dá pra conhecer todas as atrações principais à pé. Se quiser ir de metrô, a estação também fica perto.
Também é próximo a ótimos PUBs.
Pontos negativos foram poucos: o quarto é um pouco pequeno. E vazava um pouco de água no box do banheiro ao tomar banho, faltava vedação. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a viagem.
Totalmente recomendável. Ficarei novamente caso retorne a Londres.

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell, med god (och relativt billig) frukostbuffé. Rummen var små men välplanerade och vi upplevde det aldrig som trångt. Om något kändes det större än väntat. Städningen var toppen även den. Men framförallt var personalen fantastisk. Att lämna in bagage både innan och efter vår vistelse var helt okej. Vi fick även hjälp med allt vi behövde, som incheckning, boka frukost och bara lite trevligt prat.
