One night in Vegas
We booked 5 months in advance for a concert we were attending at the nearby allegiant Stadium. Nirvana is conveniently located for walking over to Allegiant. At the end of the day, we knew we were staying in a motel BnB. And we got a great value, clean comfy room, and great location for a good budget price. It cost a fraction of staying in one of the big Strip hotel/resorts, and is only two blocks south of many of the restaurants on the strip. We had breakfast at the Egg Spot right next day.

Great Room, Less Comfortable Outside of It
The room was pristine, with the only inconveniences being a lack of outlets for charging and lighting over the bed that didn't work. Everything outside of the room had a run-down feel, including the check-in area.

Hidden Gem
It's easy to miss this hidden gem located behind and across the boulevard from Mandalay Bay. Look for The Egg Shop, a popular breakfast spot, and the souvenir shop, it's right behind them. It's more of a typical motel set up but isn't missing any of the hotel comforts. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need. Housekeeping upon request. Parking available in front of rooms. Nice outdoor seating area if you need a spot to relax for a bit. Close to the Mandalay Bay Aquarium, Pinball HOF, Las Vegas sign and the airport. I would stay here again.

Best Value for Allegiant Stadium
This is a great location if you are attending anything at Allegiant Stadium. Best value, if you are looking to get in and out of Vegas. The Front Desk lady and the security guard, were on it, making sure it was just guests on property. If you don't care about amenities and just need a clean room/bed, this is perfect.

Convenient, comfortable and clean.
Small but very clean and comfortable. Perfect for if you just need a place to sleep. Deuce bus stop in very close walking distance. Free parking is a plus! A microwave would have been nice, but other than that completely satisfied.

2/10 Poor

Located on a sketchy side of Las Vegas Blvd, this dumpy motel (not a hotel) was a huge disappointment. Avoid.

I loved staying at The Nirvana Hotel. I felt safe and my room was clean. The staff were very nice. The owners were both available and kind too! It is next to Mandalay Bay and other hotels which was very convenient for me. They have future projects they are working on that sound great; and I am happy to stay there again when I am in Las Vegas.

Property atmosphere was great. Room beds were comfortable. Everything was great. The shower was just meh. It didn’t seem upgraded like the rest of the property.

Clean hotel room, quiet and simple.
Had a very nice experience with this hotel property. This hotel is right across from the Mandalay Bay, so I can highly recommend it if you need to stay for a conference. Being at the southern end of The Strip, and no casino in it means it is quiet and has minimal distraction. Just a 2 minute walk from a bus stop for the “Deuce” bus that traverses The Strip north and south 24/7, this makes for affordable transportation from the hotel to other Strip destinations. There was overnight security as well, this end of The Strip is pretty slow, so no more worries about security and safety here than anywhere else on The Strip. Check-in was easy with text message communications, and you have the option of room freshen-up services or not. But please, tip your room maintenance folks. Front desk service was very easy to interact with, and they were open to accommodate certain reasonable asks. The room was clean everywhere, little to no dust. Sampler hair care, body wash, and lotion were provided as you would usually expect. A clean mini fridge with a couple water bottles were also supplied. The linens and bed were clean even under the mattress too! There was only one chair in the room and two small moveable tables that were pretty convenient. A couple of food locations were also very close/convenient and also a liquor store and a convenience store with gas station at the end of the block. The site had no pool, but this means no bonkers “resort fees” that the big places charge.

Best Loud Budgeting Vegas hack ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel is the absolute best "loud budgeting" Vegas hack! It is pefectly located LITTERALLY across the street from the main entrance to Mandalay Bay. The owners, Sandy and Eric, are wonderful. The rooms are modest and simple, yet thoughtful and sparkling clean. The coffee and breakfasts from The Egg Shop (also owned by the same family) were a perfect start to our day. AND the three for $12 t-shirts at the souvenir shop (again owned by the same family) are a fun purchase. Honestly, I couldn't be more glad with my decision to stay here.
