It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange private transportation from their hotel to Civitavecchia which was great. The only downside - the beds are quite hard but it was manageable. In the end, I would stay there again.

Fantastic

Thee staff was very helpful and friendly. They called us taxis, made recommendations, and the outside dining for breakfast was very pleasant. We will be back the next time we visit Rome.

Air conditioning did not work in our room and staff was not going to do anything about it. Unfriendly staff. Toilet seat was dirty. Very tiny shower. overpriced hotel room for what we had.

Breakfast was so so. Room was tiny. Frig didn't work. Shower sprayed water everywhere and hot water was sparce. Bed was uncomfortable and didn't fit on frame. Elevator was broken most of the time. Staff were nice and helpful.

We would like a refund for the condition of the hotel and our complaints were made to the manager and he said nothing could be done. Please call to rectify

Room size

As you do for most other properties, you need to mention the size of the room so there are no surprises for your guests. The room size, not including the bathroom and a very small entrance corridor, was less than 5 square meters. That's not a room; it is barely a jail cell. The limited space made it feel cramped and suffocating, while the tiny window didn't allow much natural light or fresh air to enter, further intensifying the sensation of being trapped in a confined space. It was an uncomfortable and unsettling experience due to the lack of space and the feeling of isolation from the outside world.

Under förväntan..

Rome

Elles greit...

Good hotel
