A Wonderful Stay in Rome We had an amazing experience staying at Luca’s place in Rome. The location was perfect—within walking distance to Rome Termini and many of the city's most iconic landmarks. Great location, small but comfortable B&B. Walking distance to Vatican, few squares and the metro line A giving you easy access to many attractions. Several restaurants, ice cream shops within minutes walking. Building has a old style elevator that adds to the character of the B&B. Luca is a great host and gave us many local tips. Definitely recommend this place.

Entry into the complex for the first time was super easy thanks to the text and pictures that were sent beforehand. The room was spotless, hot water plentiful, and the bed comfortable. I will say that there is limited space between the walls and the mattress, but certainly not a major issue. But just something to be aware of. The owner was super responsive and very flexible. I would stay there again and enjoy all of the restaurants and stores that are nearby.

A clean and nice space. A fridge to keep food and drinks fresh. Host was available and very helpful with ideas and information. The location was PERFECT!!! Right in the heart of Rome. This is a wonderful unit for our family of four. Luca was a great host who was extremely responsive and even helped arrange for our transportation to and from Fiumicino airport. There are pastries every morning in the shared kitchen with a fridge. It does not have a microwave and washing machine but it is not a home like an Airbnb so we understand. The location is close to the Vatican - a quiet & safe neighborhood. You can walk to all major attractions within thirty to forty minutes. Grazie for making our trip to Rome so memorable!
