A great location meant I chose to walk to many of the sights rather than take public transport or taxis, but also close to termini station which was helpful. This hotel is nice only for a night or two, which is exactly what we needed, as well as being very close to the Termini station since we had an early flight to take. The room was quite comfortable, but the bathroom had a sewer-like smell to it. If we kept the door closed and the toilet lid closed, the smell wasn’t as strong. Otherwise everything else was great and for the cost, really worth it!

Good location

Hotel is located about 10 minute walk from Termini train station and bus station, it is easy to get to. We stayed in a 3 person room, the room was spacious, beds comfortable, could do with better pillows. Shower was small, but great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Check in was fast and without any issues, friendly staff. Elevator is small, not an issue for us, but it may be for someone with large suitcases. There are good restaurants around the area that serve excellent food and good prices as they also serve locals.

hotel is on 5th floor, elevator is many decades old and small but gets the job done, room was adequate, queen sized bed, narrow bathroom with all tile walls and floor, shower only, bidet, air conditioning, smaller flat screen tv, and fridge, Pam mini grocery store is a block away, as is pharmacy, walking distance to shops, resturants, Termini train station negatives, front desk understood some english but didnt speak it, paid for breakfast which is at a local cafe close by, he didnt know where it was located and I never found it in a weeks time,

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, clean, and central, and an excellent base for a holiday in Rome. The area is pleasant, with several 5* hotels and some embassies round the corner. The breakfast is supplied in a nearby cafe, and is just a coffee and croissant. There are several restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated the fridge and kettle.
