10/10 Exceptional

The place is more like an apartment with different rooms BUT it was way way way better than hotels.really great amenities with tea, coffee, biscuits, yoghurt and other food items. Super fast wifi. Check in was virtual but very well communicated. Individually controlled AC. The cleaners were foreigners so housekeeping was on the spot. I would def stay there again.

Really handy for the station and 20 min walk to attractions Appreciated coffee and water . Bathroom was little tired with leaky shower making floor wet but otherwise OK. Comfy beds Easy to get in to rooms but recommend confirming room number for when you are in building

Great location near many attractions but the area is not too loud/busy. The staff are super communicative and gave us very detailed instructions on how to find the building and enter the property. Would definitely recommend for your next stay in Rome!

6/10 Good

Lovely clean location. Easy to walk to all the main attractions. Issues getting into property but quickly sorted via a quick phone call and then key access for duration of stay. Room was small but had everything you needed. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Only negative for me was that I could only leave my backpack till 2pm which ruined my last day as too hot to carry it around till my flight later that night. I was messaged in the morning/afternoon till I picked my bag up which was irritating when I was trying to enjoy my time sightseeing. This fact would put me off staying there again which is a shame as all hotels will normally keep your luggage no problem.

This was an excellent place to stay at! The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of everything we needed. It was an especially nice touch that they provided a bottle of prosecco for us since we are on our honeymoon :) thanks for a great stay!
