Magical stay at the Hyatt

We absolutely loved our 6-day stay at the Hyatt-The Pike and wished we could have extended. This is a super clean, super friendly and very elegant boutique hotel with classy design (great bathroom tiles!) that feels very personal like a beautiful home which is extremely rare for a hotel. The staff is amazingly kind, diligent and courteous—thank you Andre—which reinforces this feeling of being welcomed by friends rather than strangers and “employees”. The pool is beautiful and quiet and the hotel is located near great restaurants in a protected and quiet area. This made our stay in LA magical and we are so fortunate we avoided upscale corporate and impersonal hotels! We cannot wait to come back and we are grateful for such wonderful experience at the Hyatt-The Pike!!
