Very disappointed with our experience. We arrived at approx 12 pm . We sign in everything was fine until we entered our room . There was a large amount of black mold in the shower door and the shower floor was very discolored so we asked for another room . He then gave us keys for a room first floor there was also confusion regarding what type of room we reserved they advertised 475 sq ft but this was not true very misleading. We entered the second room and there was a very strong odor and once again there was mold in the shower area . My traveling partner approached the front desk and she decided to take the original room on the 3 floor so I went to our vehicle to retrieve our bags and as I entered the lobby during a very heavy rain storm we were told that the hotel manager whom wasn’t on duty cancelled our reservation even after I had paid them in full. The front desk wasn’t able to contact the manager on our behalf and wouldn’t do anything to resolve this issue. By this time it was close to 12:45 am and we were extremely exhausted from our travels . We were kicked off the property and our refund was now in that 5-7 days of waiting for it to be processed which now froze my funds . We were now under the gun to find a new place to stay which wasn’t easy several of the other similar hotels were sold out . I have never had anything like this to happen to me while traveling. All because we questioned the cleanliness of the showers and the mold which isn’t healthy. Stay away
