Overall good stay but be aware of room 1016
Overall good stay. Tyler at front desk was very helpful thank you. Upon arrival a couple of minor internal issues but were fixed promptly of which it was grateful. I would not recommend staying in room 1016 as there was a "rattiling" noise coming from inside the walls both day and night. Yes it did keep me up at night every so often. This was only happeing in the second (king) bedroom. Brought the issue up to Jose at the front desk but he could not a reason. I feel it had something to do with the plumbing pipes but could not prove that theory. Could be a problem from the hurricane of Oct. 2024 that the hotel cannot correct. If I was on my own I would have assked for a change of room but I had my family with me. Bedroom number one was fine in noise.

Very close to the beach and nice staff…but, fire alarm went off the first night and we had to evacuate via stairs (false alarm, it had happened before according to other guests) and there was no comps for guests or even communication from staff.

Almost perfect!
The only criticism I have is the you could feel every movement of your partner when tossing or turning, which for me can be irritating when trying to get to sleep. It didn’t bother my husband though.

The room was nice and big, and beds comfortable. The kitchen was minimally stocked and pots very scratched. Not even little packets of salt and pepper were provided. There are no fans in the bathroom, so if staying with multiple children, who stink up bathrooms often, this led to the whole unit stinking. Parking was very expensive. And no beach chairs are provided. The elevator by the parking garage kept breaking, so we had to walk down to the street and through a store to get to the beach with our stroller.
