When I arrived in Madrid, I discovered that my reservation had been canceled. If you don't check in within the first 24 hours, they cancel your booking and keep your money.
I was left stranded on the streets of Madrid in the middle of the night. They didn't offer to get me another room or resolve the situation. Their customer service was incredibly disrespectful.
I tried several times to get my money back, but they kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I paid for 8 nights and received nothing in return.
In the end, after multiple difficult attempts, they agreed to refund my stay. However, by then, I had already decided to leave Madrid. They ruined my summer holiday.
Stay away from this hotel.
