Jul 5, 2026I loved the front desk help how easy it was to check in and out. The only thing I can was a negative was that the lady in the breakfast room was very rude to an older woman who was needing help with coffee machine she just so rude to her for asking to help her with the machine.

Jun 3, 2026The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was good - close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navone. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace. I did have to carry my luggage up some stairs because the elevator didn't go to the ground floor.

Jul 27, 2026Great place. Old building which is charming. Amazing location. We stayed here for one night before a cruise...which was perfect. We booked a quad room for more $, which seemed to be SLIGHTLY larger than the normal rooms with 2 rollaway beds and a full size. There was no other room. The service was great. The AC was good. Just don't think we could be in a room that small for more than a couple of nights. Having said that, would recommend for one or two nights as the location absolutely can't be beat and the staff is great!

Mar 29, 2026We loved this hotel in the heart of the city. If you actually want a real European hotel, stay at the Pantheon Inn. It has charm and the staff was extremely kind, accommodating and welcoming. They were so helpful with all of our questions and getting us where we needed to go. I also asked questions ahead of our trip in the Expedia message area and I got answers very promptly. Thanks for such a seamless stay.

The staff was excellent. There isn’t anything more I could have asked of them. The front house was always pleasant and helpful from giving us directions to acquiring transportation.
The location was good. It was a convenient location to walk to major attractions.
The cons:
We originally booked this hotel for the balcony. It was one of the few amenities
