Stay somewhere else!
Although the property is pretty, the entire staff was very rude from the start. Front desk couldn’t be bothered to do their job and give us a full check in leaving out vital info and a parking pass. They also didn’t text us that our room was ready when it was (past 4:00 check in time). The restaurant wouldn’t allow us to sit at the tables to wait for our room even though we purchased drinks. We were asked to wait in a boring room with just a couch and the other room had tv with football on. We also were not warned that our unit was up a steep hill and scraped the bottom of my normal height car. I also had to charge my car and was told that if I didn’t move it right away once done I would be charged $5 per hour. When I explained that it would be done at 3:00am they told me that’s my issue and it needs to be moved. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again, shame on Hyatt

4/10 Fair

The view remains spectacular esp in the restaurant area. However , the staff forgot to put water and basic amenities in the room like water and coffee etc. the heater was not working up to par in our room, didn’t bother to call for services , just bundled up with the sheets since it was late already , there’s a fireplace using the firewood and old newspaper but the smell of soot was too much and don’t expect working amenities like pool but it’s okay no big deal on those . Wish it’s more dated

2/10 Poor

The room had a stale smell. We had to leave the doors open and use a large fan to blow air. There was no water in the room. When I called them, they said they will bring it in 10 min. I waited for couple of hours and had to call them multiple times. Then the weirdest thing happened - someone came into the room without knocking (while we were in the room at night) and left 2 bottles of water!

Property is old and needs a remodel. Had a suite on third floor, expensive, and room was extremely loud. Beyond noisy even with a sound machine at night. Advertised fireplace does not have a gas line and wood does not burn. Couch stiff and very uncomfortable. Bed mattress cheap and squeaky, uncomfortable. Great location just old, dirty, desperately needs remodel. Not worth the price
