My stay was fantastic; the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the food at the in-house restaurants was amazing. However, a couple of details were unclear in the hotel description. It is a bit far from the city center, so be prepared to walk a lot if you're a first-time visitor to Lisbon. That said, Avenida da Liberdade is just a 5-minute walk away, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. Additionally, the hotel operates on a cashless basis, so all transactions need to be completed with a card (this applies only to the hotel; the restaurants accept cash). I mention this because it wasn't clearly stated in the booking, and it should be to avoid any issues.

Comfy bed and nice view
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location right in front of the subway station and adjacent to the main road. The convenience was unparalleled. The hotel lobby had a very casual atmosphere, which initially made me think I was in a dormitory. It appears to cater to both short-term and long-term stays. The hotel has a wonderful swimming pool, although it was closed during the winter, so I could only admire it from afar. The room was impeccably clean, with a design that looked straight out of Instagram. I particularly loved the kitchen and the cozy sofa. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed me to get a restful night's sleep. There was just one issue that affected my experience: the sink in the bathroom had a smell reminiscent of cat urine. I'm not sure if it was a drainage problem or if a previous guest had a cat, but it was quite unpleasant. Despite this, I was overall very satisfied with my stay.

Amazing stay!
I loved this hotel! Perfect location with a short walk into the city centre. Lovely cosy, comfy vibes all around the hotel. Loved my studio flat and decor around the place. Won’t be the last time I stay in Locke hotels! Yoga mat in the room was a welcomed bonus - staff all super helpful and friendly. Food delicious!

Perfect and very well located
Amazing conversion of an old convent into a modern hotel. It’s got everything you need for a short or a long term stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel, even comparing with 5 star hotels. The location is right on the Marquês de Pombal, so super central and only 2 minute walk from the underground

Really great property for longer stays as the rooms are equipped with laundry, a kitchenette, fridge, and dishwasher. Beds are super comfortable and the property hosts a number of restaurants, bars, and coworking spaces. Staff was helpful when needed but check in seemed a little chaotic and had to discover property features/amenities on my own. Usually this is covered during check in from the staff. Staff in general, although nice, seemed to be very hands off so if you’re looking for that (baggage service, daily housekeeping, etc) this may not be the place for you. Housekeeping is only available once a week.

Great place for a longer stay
Had an excellent stay. Located outside of the mass tourism of downtown but still walkable to everything or convenient to take the Metro where you need to go. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette and clean. Only downside, messaged hotel twice via the Hotels.ca platform and never a response either time from the hotel.
