I think this is a great place to travel to in summer. Out of season it is very shut down and there is not much to do unless you have a car.
The food is amazing. Exactly what we dreamed of. There is an outdoor covered restaurant that looks out over the bay but it was closed. It would have been great to have had an opportunity to get a bottle of wine and sit at a table there at dusk to get out of our room for a bit. We found a bench in the garden instead sans wine.

Super close to the colosseum. Small room good for 1-2 nights and a really good air conditioner. Also the host was so helpful helping us book a taxi for our flight. Would stay again!
