Smooth stay at the Z hotel city. Nice neighbourhood, easy check in and out proces, well-equiped room albeit very tiny. Areas for improvement: a few things worn (notably the curtain), and too few places to hang towels.

Great room, extremely attentive and helpful staff. There was an issue with my room - basically they didnt have the room I booked and gave me a smaller room. When we discussed reimbursement, I asked if I could just get breakfast comped to make up for the difference and the staff did not provide it officially so every morning I had to explain the situation.

Hotel is very clean and smart , very well kept . Staff are friendly !! I felt very safe as a lone female traveller .
Only things to note are that the bed is super firm and hard , so depends on your preference ! And it’s quite loud when people are walking around the hotel so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. But they’re only minor things and I would deffo stay again !! The room I was in was very small but I didn’t mind it as felt cozy , for the price it’s great !

This hotel was great! It was in a good location with a subway stop very close by. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and had AC, which was very helpful in the summer heat. Definitely recommend!

Air con was broken and so was the controls on the wall. I had to use the tv remote control to reach the on off button. Bed was like a brick and my back is in pain today. My daughter didn’t sleep very well either. The room was fine and clean

Small but compact and functional en-suite room. Fine for me as I was solo. 15-20 minutes walk to Waterloo station. For the price a very sound choice. Breakfast at a cafe within the building g was good too.

My stay at Z Hotel City was good. The staff at the downstairs cafe are extremely friendly, as well as the front desk. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is small but enough. The room is also very small but that's clear before booking. There was A/C in my room which was great. The drains and plumbing is a bit loud in the evenings and you can hear people walking outside and upstairs. Just somewhat loud and something to take in consideration if you're a light sleeper. Overall, good experience.
